For people with cancer who can eat these foods.

Breakfast

  • A cup of green tea if possible, or tea with or without milk, a cup of coffee with or without milk.

  • A natural sugar-free yogurt, with a chopped kiwi or another fresh fruit. Add 2 spoons of sesame.

  • Two spoons of lin seed.

  • Two spoons of oatmeal.

  • Sweeten with Sucralose. Stir and eat uncooked.

(Note: You can kill CANCER by avoiding sugar, fats, and pork).

Add 1 or 2 rye bread toasts with sugar-free jam, honey or avocado.

It’s not advisable to eat white bread.

Lunch

  • Tuna salad (canned in water), with green, yellow and red uncooked vegetables, dressed with olive oil, salt, lemon or vinegar.

  • Turkey ham can be used to replace the tuna, just as a slice of cooked turkey, a slice of cooked chicken and even better, a slice of cooked fish.

  • Main course: we suggest a soup (lentils, beans, chickpeas, etc.)

  • Another option is mashed potatoes with roast chicken and cooked broccoli...

  • Or quinoa with baked fish and cooked vegetables...

Snack

  • What you usually drink is fine, tea, coffee, Pu-erh tea...

  • 1 or 2 toasts with light cream cheese, avocado or honey.

Dinner

  • Similar to lunch

  • A large fruit salad + Sucralose

  • Or cooked fruits + Sucralose

  • You can also eat dried fruits after dinner.

  • Try to drink at least 2 liters of water a day. Soft drinks, tea or coffee don’t count. ONLY WATER. This will help your body detoxify and will allow for a good digestion process.

  • You can have 2 glasses of wine a day.
